How are orders shipped?

All orders are managed by Australia Post eParcel/Australia Post eParcel International. Orders will be shipped within 2 business day excluding (public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, our team will provide you with confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order via Australia Post.

Most orders are delivered within 3-7 working days from the date we ship your order (depending on where you live in Australia).

Return Policy
We endeavour to replace any product delivered that you are unhappy with, for any reason, provided such return is made within thirty (30) days of shipment with a valid proof of purchase.
